When a customer called early in the morning with a problem that needed to be solved quickly, the American Spot Cooling and Power Rental team was ready to roll. The problem was that the concrete the customer was pouring was out of specs due to being too high in temperature. We arrived on site within the hour of the call, assessed the situation, and calculated a solution. We then were able to get equipment on site within the same day and operational the following day. The ASC/APR team utilized a 60 ton chiller along with taps that the customer installed on his tank, allowing the concrete to be within specifications and the customer to continue performing their work.
