Resolute Industrial Acquires Rocky Mountain Portable Cooling
Acquisition Further Expands Specialty HVAC&R Equipment Offering and Geographic Reach
Tampa, FL – March 11, 2022 – Resolute Industrial Holdings, LLC (“Resolute” or the “Company”), a leading independent provider of specialty HVAC&R & and power equipment rental solutions, compressor remanufacturing, and refrigerant storage services, announced today that it had acquired Rocky Mountain Portable Cooling, which will operate under Resolute’s rental division, Mobile Air & Power Rentals. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Rocky Mountain Portable Cooling was founded in 1998 by Mark Stone to provide temporary heat and cooling equipment rentals in the Denver, Co market. Rocky Mountain Portable Cooling rents out a diversified fleet of climate control products, including portable spot coolers packaged AC, Chillers, Heat & Power. Mr. Stone and his employees will be staying with the Company.
